3. wilted kale + quinoa [df] - pumpkin seed tomatillo cream

4. chicken escabeche [cauliflower v.] - pickled onion, golden raisins, watercress

 clean slate

watermelon, cucumber + burrata + lime, sea salt, tamarind, chili powder
