Happy Spring!!!  All this rain will definitely boom our garden and I hope it does the same for yours.  I know the tomato and pepper plants are super hydrated along with the newly planted eggplants.  Seedlings are doing well and I think I will be able to fill the tower garden with plants in a week.

For those of you who attended our first Garden Dinner last weekend, it was so lovely to share the evening with you all!  Some of the ingredients from the garden were fava bean leaves, microgreens, & leaf lettuces.  Our next garden dinner is Saturday March 31.

If any of you are contemplating if you should start a garden this Spring, maybe this article will help you make the decision: https://www.rodalesorganiclife.com/garden/5-surprising-ways-gardening-improves-your-health.  I feel blessed that I get to reap all these benefits on a daily basis and there are plenty more that can be added to the list!

Current Harvest at Saddlerock = Oranges, Radishes, Kale, Collards, Carrots, Arugula (leaves & flowers), Red Mustard Greens, Microgreens, Lettuce, Turnips, Calendula Flowers, Fava Beans (leaves & flowers), & Herbs.
