Our team of ranchers, vintners and gardeners invite you to an experience in the garden that will bring you face-to-fork with fruits and veggies grown right here on Saddlerock Ranch. Come escape the bustle of the city and relish in the simple, quiet of a garden and its bounty.

Saddlerock Ranch Braised Greens on toasted bread // smoked almonds - savory, lemon butter
Fire Roasted Hope Ranch Mussels // fennel - fingerling potatoes - meyer lemon
Smoked Saddlerock Ranch Carrots // fermented black beans - rapini pesto - sesame
Leg of Lamb cooked slowly over the fire // brussels sprouts - pistachio rice - chermoula
Heirloom Apple Tart // vanilla bean creme fraîche - candied walnuts
The dinner will begin early (2:00pm) so guests can enjoy the garden and outdoor setting in the full beauty of the winter afternoon sun and have the opportunity to hand pick the produce that they will be eating that very evening. Staff on hand will explain about the history of the ranch which is situated on 1,000 acres of land and boasts nearly 90 acres of grape vines.
